Pilates swim and freebie

It was the Christmas fair at the gym today, cashless as usual I missed the opportunity to buy one of the solid shampoo bars which would have been jolly used for travel. Delighted with my free gift and I will use them as shampoo although I don’t think these are the same thing. Pungent pleasant smell. This was my 6th Pilates class and I am improving it does take quite a bit of concentration and a good combination with yoga.
I should add that when I tried the soap several weeks after this blip it didn’t work, meaning no lather whatsoever.
