Archie's Advent Calendar (thank you Elizabeth)
This morning we took a dander round to Victor Hugo, via a little local physiotherapy/chiropractor studio (not sure what it is, but there's a skeleton hanging in the window) which was unfortunately closed. I'll check in again on Monday. I think I need to see someone who can keep my back in place as needed.
And there were no cinnamon buns left! 'Who ate them all?' I accused the young waitress, who looked a bit shocked, thinking I was seriously annoyed. Poor girl.
I then toddled home, as the 'Brass Man' was coming to check out our brass step. JR and Archie went round the Meadows. The Brass Man didn’t arrive. But I watched the rugby while waiting for him.
In the afternoon our young chap who made the kitchen cabinet came to adjust the drawers, which have been sticking a bit. All sorted.
Heard this chap (Michael Spicer - The Room Next Door) on interviewed on Radio 4 this morning, so checked him out and he's exceedingly funny! The Prince Andrew interview is brilliant, but his political ones are also hilarious.
