Broadmoor Hotel gingerbread creation

Every year the Broadmoor makes a life size gingerbread display as part of their lobby decorations. This year it a model of the 1918 Pierce Arrow that the hotel sponsored in the 1922 Pikes Peak Hill Climb. It came in third.
The ingredients include: 375 lbs of flour, 482 lbs of sugar, 425 whole eggs, 700 egg whites, 412 lbs of butter, 300 lbs of dark chocolate, and 100 lbs of white chocolate!!
