Left then right, repeat...

First day back at the gym after a lengthy lay off. Wasn't sure about it this morning, neither around lunch, and definitely not as the afternoon dragged on and my throat slipped back into its coughing ways. However, I seem to have ended up home a good hour and a half after I left work, clothed in what can only be described as an odd arrangement of garments fashioned almost exclusively from sweat wicking materials and am slightly out of breath and in desperate need of sustenance.
