Wetherspoons

Whether you like them or not, Wetherspoons do a pretty good job at saving old buildings. I had noticed the chimney on this building many times before and had assumed it was some sort of old mill.  
Studying the building more closely you can make out the large square above the door has the faded words
CORPORATION
SWIMMING BATHS
LAUNDRY
PRIVATE BATHS

And there is a plaque on the wall- extra- with the history. I like the bit about two young women sharing a bath for threepence each. 

So - not a mill after all.
