Catching Up With My Past

About a thousand years ago, or so it seems sometimes, I was stationed in what was then West Berlin.

In those days the sky was occupied continuously by Allied aircraft of many different types asserting our rights to use the airspace around the city. As expected, they were also up to sneaky stuff. The Soviets and the East Germans were at it, too. Life was certainly not boring.

I'm looking forward to finding out just how much I didn't know.
