THE NECK OF A NEW GIBSON

Stuff to know about Gibson Guitars:

The Gibson corporation was born in 1902 & until the mid '60's they made some of the best guitars in the world.

Subsequently they pursued a precipitous downward spiral quality-wise, relying on the reputation of the Gibson logo to sell inferior instruments.

In 2018 the Gibson Corporation, quite righty sought bankruptcy.

In this case the innocent eejit client bought a new instrument for an excruciating price only to find the neck was too bulky by half.

My job this afternoon was to take down this neck to a decent size.
