After yesterday's indulgences I woke feeling surprisingly well and any lingering jaded feelings were expelled by the 'all you can eat' hotel breakfast.  Our train home wasn't until later in the day so we spent time in a few shops and a couple of museums including, of course, my favourite; the National Railway Museum.  This was a view of some of the exhibits and I've added an extra of Great Western Railway No. 4003 'Lode Star' but taken from an angle no passenger ever saw it; the inspection pit.

Now home; voted (tactically) and waiting to find out how bad the result of this election is going to be.  For probably the first time in my life, I cannot work out what a 'good' result would be.
