A BUTTERFLY FOR ADRIAN
Sorry I haven't been around much lately but I am extremely busy with stained glass projects for Christmas.
This large butterfly is for my special son Adrian as part of his Christmas present. As he isn't allowed glass projects indoors I thought it would look nice in the garden on the rockery we have been creating for him.
I now have to solder it together then find a suitable bendy wire to mount it on.
It is now Friday and am feeling a bit 'ruffled'. I was woken up at 2.20am by a telephone call saying that a recent blood test showed my blood to have a very high level of potassium. 6.6 apparently. The person said I had to go to hospital immediately to have tests.
We thought it was a hoax but no, sure enough an ambulance arrived before 5 am and I found myself wired up to machinery etc.
After several hours and feeling exhausted I was told my blood was fine and I could go home!!
Talk about a strange nightmare. I have since complained to my local surgery and a fat lot of good that will do. You could say at least they took it seriously but how can blood change so dramatically in two days?
Hope you are all keeping well and healthy and have a sensible GP practice without mistakes.
Hugs to all xxxxx
