Newhailes

As we took advantage of a break in the weather to walk to Newhailes our youngest was powering round a park in London to secure a personal best time of 1 hour 21 minutes for a half marathon. Some of his training had taken place round Newhailes when he visited last month. An early night in prospect in order to be ready for my final voluntary night shift of the year in the wee small hours of the nicht!
