Bethlehem Live Nativity Pageant ....

.... the littlest shepherd. 

This weekend was the 41st Annual Live Bethlehem Christmas Pageant. As yesterday it was raining during the scheduled time we opted to go today instead.  

As I mentioned last year the camels are probably our favorites ... there were two brought in from Virginia this year.  The same wonderful organization also bring the donkeys.  The young shepherd in the center picture was in awe of Bindi the camel and couldn't take his eyes off her.

The goat handlers were having a difficult time with the goats, which was fun to watch. And what's a Christmas pageant without the Roman soldiers (lower right photo) on their smartphones!?!  If your look at the link to last year's pageant you will see the same thing then!

We only stayed long enough to get a few pictures and then stopped at Housenick Park for a quick walk before heading home for the rest of the day.
