I opened my door this morning and this is what faced me. Birds seem to like my stair; it's not the first one that has been in. In true blipper style, take a photo then open a window to let it out! 

I was planning some shopping but as I drove I got a text from Mum saying she had phoned Cancer Care with some symptoms and they phoned for an ambulance. 
So for the next 6hrs we were in hospital, getting bloods taken, blood pressure, oxygen levels, waiting for the Dr. With everything eventually ok and settled Mum was allowed home. 
Again, with me, I have over thought everything, annoyed with people in my head. 
Did a 15 minute meditation when I got home and it has slowed my brain a bit.
