Tuesday

Headed into town today for my psychotherapist appt. Quite a difficult hour. Came away with homework; to fill out a memory timeline, from my earliest memory to now. I've to take it back and we will discuss it all. 

Walked into Princes Street, picked up a few things then the bus home.
