Yah !  I haven't seen one, for a whole week, this was the view from my front door, this morning, en route to gym.

HAPPINESS IS !

This morning's yoga class, was Debbie's last one, for the year, hopefully, it's not mine........ will have to see, what the options are, when the holiday schedule goes up. 

After yoga, I had a swim and a soak in the sauna.

Whilst in the sauna, I had a very interesting conversation with one of the  regular's in the yoga class. She is emigrating to Mauritius, in February and spent, a good 5 minutes, waxing lyrical, about how AFFORDABLE and FABULOUS, Mauritius is.

Mauritius ?  

Is this an option ?  The week of non stop rain and cold,  has served to confirm, my deep suspicion, that my psyche, will find Welsh weather, very challenging. 

Was this conversation a  bread crumb ?

I couldn't really dwell on it, when I got back home, I had to rush, to put together, my next video, on blood vessel torture, because, as usual I've got "drawing" issues.  Eish !
