A sign of a coming water crisis ?  It will make Eskom, look like a walk in the path.  It's been talked about for years, in the scientific community.......acid mine drainage,  squatter camps pooping  in rivers, coupled with, not enough rain.  



You can  live without electricity.  Dirty water KILLS.
