Dear O'H dear and Lovely Tea Jenny,

It’s my last working day of the year. I have been feeling a bit low on and off this week - I have a cold and I’m a bit knackered but funnily enough, I felt MUCH better as soon as I left the office!

And you have both given me very exciting house news today. LTJ - your consent (finally) going through so the build can start and O’H dear - having your offer accepted on a house.

I am VERY excited for both of you. I really need to save some pennies.

PS I was very excited to get a parcel addressed to me today only for it to be the new hoover head I ordered. Let’s see how long this one lasts in the hoover v dog hair battle!
