Powdered Sugar

I'm not sure how the weather guy missed this but I went to bed last night knowing we had like a 10% chance for a flurry or two... flurry. I woke up to my car covered and the grass and rooftops looking like they were at the confectioners all night get finely dusted with powdered sugar.

Where I'm at we got .5". Dallas got an 1" and some places north of there saw 2"...

Yeah, the weather guy messed up a little but I don't mind. When I heard 'snow' on the news, I went straight to the window and I'm pretty sure my eyes swelled up like one of those anime character thingys... I even woke up the hubby!

I hope we get some more soon! And when I say more, I'm talking a few inches.

Also, tonight I did my first workout of the year... to be truthful, my first workout in probably like 3 months... Because of that, I only ran a mile and did some crunches... don't want to throw myself back on that pony too soon, or is that just me saying that to appease myself??
