On Dolphin Bridge

A bridge that I cross on my way to and from work, which was constructed in 1909 and I think was built by people who were unemployed.

I don't know whether or not they got over and above their unemployment benefit or whether participation in the scheme was voluntary or compulsory.

This was taken on my way in, at about 8.30am.
