Could be the Tyne

Can’t quite get over the thrill of having to put a jumper on to enjoy the novelty of long evenings. A few other things that I am enjoying are, wide pavements that you can actually walk on, green men that do what they say on the tin, supermarkets with seeded bread not sugary bread, cheddar cheese, drinking water from the tap, opening windows, laundry room and washing line, superbly equipped kitchen, cooking and, strange but true, I am even delighted to be washing dishes again.
Seem to have the dorm to myself tonight but am meeting up with the Welsh lass, Emily, tomorrow and we are heading to the coast for a walk around the headland. It starts at a place called Taylor’s Mistake, am curious as to what might have occurred to give rise to that name. Hopefully I will find out.
