Pies in the park

On my way back from playing the organ at chapel I called at F's in Oswestry.  We walked into town through the Cae Glas Park where S the head park keeper was giving out free mince pies, sweets and mulled wine to people walking through.  She had run out of mulled wine but we enjoyed a mince pie. It was courtesy of Green Thumb, the contractors that keep the park looking so good all year round so thanks to all concerned.

Tonight I'm off to the Christmas music session in Ellesmere so it will be more mince pies, carols and seasonal tunes as well as the Christmas card swap.  It's always a good night's entertainment.
