River Windrush

So the plan today was to drive down to Beaconsfield Services and meet up with our son-in-law to collect some presents. We had just set off when we got a message to say that he had got away from Wapping early so we managed to meet up much closer to home, at McDonald's in Witney, the only place we could think would be open at 7:30 on a Sunday morning.

However the rest of the plan was to do our Christmas food shopping in Witney, so we had a bit of time to kick our heels until the shops opened at 10. I had a wander and found a path behind the leisure centre with bridges over the River Windrush. It looked pretty full, there has been a lot of rain lately!
