So, almost everything is baked. I still have some gingerbread cookies to bake and a cake filling to make, but otherwise I'm done! Today I've finished Babba, I've baked gingerbread flavoured biscotti, which are seen in this tin together with saffron ones, I've made a saffron cake and 4 gingerbread flavoured cake bases. Tomorrow after work I'll do the rest. Mum is staying at my cousins large flat, so I don't have to worry about her sleeping in the spare bed at my place - which isn't any good... and I don't have to fret about not having the time to clean everything...
