Cardboard cut-out

This guy is always looking out at the queues at the bus stop.
And now he is seasonably garbed. It was harder to get a shot of him than I thought. 
Either the light is wrong or the windows are dirty, but sir/madam, if that's your windows, then most certainly, they sparkle so much that the light gets reflected back at my camera. (One has to be armed at all times in case of being sued).

A very domestic day (my take on laziness).
