The Beauty of Cow Parsley!

Still cold and snowy. There was an amazing sunrise as I drove to work. The sky went a fantastic pink which contrasted beautifully with the white peaks of the Pentland Hills. Unfortunately I was driving so couldn't capture it.

This snowy cow parsley caught my eye when I was more able to get to my camera. I love the cow parsley - its delicate white flowers and lush green growth in the Spring and the wonderful structural stems which are left in the winter.
