Christmas Morning Waffles

We had bacon and waffles for our breakfast this morning. Indeed a special breakfast for this day. Later in the day I made a cake for our Christmas dinner potluck that we would be attending this evening, see extra photo. It was delicious. 2/3 of the cake was served at the potluck, the other 1/3 came home again. One of our friends is coming over tomorrow, so now I have some cake to serve with our tea. Bonus!
