alongside the burn under the viaduct was a mass of tangled bracken, every stalk a trip wire! There have been several floods leaving lots of debris, also difficult to negotiate. Much of the bank is eroded too. Have to watch my step down here in future, however, it is a good place to come to avoid any other walkers.
