What to do on a dull gloomy Boxing Day?  Eat bagels with smoked salmon  with scrambled eggs for brunch, then head out 1 hour in the car to walk a easy 4 mile route down a canal and part of the Usk River.  Beautiful and muddy.  
Tomorrow we have an 8miler up a mountain planned and then the weekend is tiling and painting :)
