Tree & Field......

Andrea spent the morning working on a job application & unfortunately got the news that she was unsuccessful in her second interview this week..... we've just gotta keep applying and hoping for the best.

We headed out to a foodie place this afternoon called Poachers Pantry that specialise in smoked products & wines.... didn't get anything today as they had stopped serving food... we'll have to go out again at some point !!!

Took the picture of the tree in the field on the way to the pantry.... we still can't quite believe how brown & dry it is around Canberra.... dunno if we'll ever get used to it. We are forecast for having rain for the next few days ... fingers crossed !!!

There have been balloon flights every morning for the last week, starting at 6am.... been meaning to attempt an early start all week to get pictures..... but there is one fatal flaw in that plan.... we are both lazy !!! There are only two more days of balloon flights, so tomorrows blip may or may not be a balloon.
