Took M for a drive to Lynmouth today - in the mist. Lynmouth itself was 'visible' but as we climbed up onto Exmoor we drove into the low cloud/mizzle. We did manage to see some ponies, highland cattle and sheep - but the best viewing was a hind crossing the road in front of us. A superb sight to see. She did not linger long, but it was fabulous to see how well she blended into the moorland as soon as she was off road.
When down in Lynmouth we found this fabulous tree, made of lobster pots/crab pots etc. Thought it deserved a snap/mention if only for its novelty value!
