Fresh air

It's been 2 weeks since Eva has managed to ride. We had a lovely hack out with all her new gear - high vis sheet, fur lined boots, new jods and socks and best of all a sheepskin saddle cover, which looks so comfy. Desperately need to find her some decent winter gloves as her hands get so cold. They are all either in giant sizes or really thin.

Home for lunch. BG and the Gov dropped in to fit a drawer BG had made for all my doglegs papers but it had been made for a gap with straight edges, not the gap we have due to wonky old walls so it took some jiggery pokery to get it to fit! Mike made some really nice soup from the Christmas dinner leftover carcass.

I headed back to the yard this arvo and took Buddy in the school. He was a bit spooky in spooky corner but he worked hard and seemed happy to be out of the field and doing. Brought Jack back in for a rest from the mud and had some cats to see to. Totally pooped tonight. Good day though.
