Been Shopping/Too Tired To Put It Away LOL

But unfortunately I still.feel very poorly
Now I'm breathless as well
If I'm still feelng the same tomorrow I'll start my rescue pack of steroids and antibiotics 
But I do so want to get through this flare up under my own steam
It will build up my resistance
We shall see
