Rescue Pack

Not going well cough is bringing up loads of gunk
So this morning I have had to start my rescue pack
Sad face 
SEEN URGENT CARE DOCTOR
I now have a chest infection 
Keep taking the meds
If not on the mend in two days 
Trying my hardest but I feel so low 
GP/111 or A&E
