Had to do an emergency move of my beehive. Not sure why they seem to be in bad shape. Very disappointing given how wonderfully strong they were just a few weeks ago. Have changed the floor board for a type that may help them keep in warmth should numbers drop further. They need a certain mass in order to keep warmth around the brood.
