Why is a Veggie posting a not very interesting picture of a Butchers?

Well its my latest Ghost Sign assignment.

This premises is home to a trendy Cafe Bar.  It currently uses the name Niven's as the premises was prviously owned by a Motor Engineers called Niven and the original signage is still visible at the front of the cafe on the opposite side.

However this is the rear of the building and this old ghost sign was discovered during the renovation.  It was a butchers business going back to  around 1903.
