Warming up the bar

Although not back at work until the 2nd we are back at CrossFit early mornings. Today there was just three of us so the chance to do a bit of our own thing. It felt like a little while since I’ve done some cleans so I spent some time doing them. Barbells are particularly cold first thing in the morning so you need to warm up your body and the metal where your hands go!

Not the best form on these cleans. Back could have been a bit straighter and my bum down a bit looking back at the video. Maybe the bobble was acting as a counter balance!
