Cwm Gwrelych

Last Thursday I ran down the stair to answer the door, on the way down I pulled my calf muscle....walking hasn't been the easiest! So all the walks we had planned went out the window!  I have 'rested' it as much as a fidget bum like me can do and today I needed to get out and about.  Chris found a relatively flat walk about an hour drive from us to some 'hidden' waterfall.  I am pleased to say the calf held out OK and the walk was very easy!

We are back now and I am preparing a party for 2 :)  Lots of food to be enjoyed over the course of the evening.  Chris is getting the Weber ready as well.
