Distant Folly
We needed to get out and breathe some air, clear our heads and get cold. I have a Rohan walking jacket that seems to let in some of the cold wind – until I’ve walked for a few minutes, when my body temperature seems to stabilise. But I love Rohan stuff . . .
This is one of the lakes on the Wimpole estate, looking towards the folly, barely visible in the distance past the wooden footbridge. I wanted to use my ultra wide lens and the rather dingy weather led me to monochrome (Acros Red, in case anyone is curious) with no adjustment in the computer but for re-sizing.
One of my resolutions is to do less post-processing, to work harder at the shot in the camera.
