Freezing

OK, Mrs SoL is still very poorly, so has spent the day covered in fleeces, taking drugs (legal ones) and generally not being well. So, down to me to unpack the meat and fish we had bought in the UK for our stocks - depleted by the end of last year. In here we have:
13 thick ribeye steaks;
36 chicken thighs (skin on);
12 large chicken breasts (skin off);
4 lamb shanks;
4 rump steaks;
11 huge Cumberland sausages (I ate one yesterday - hence the odd number);
2 x 1/4 sides of salmon;
24 Angus Steak burgers;
Pack of quorn-type burgers (Mrs SoL wanted them - they actually look good);
1 Large Ham; and,
Cold air.
It will be a few hours before they are all frozen, so all lined up flat as possible with air spaces to avoid them sticking together.
Already feeling like breaking out one of the burgers for tonight’s meal before I have to defrost it!  Decisions, decisions.
