The last sunset of the year

We had a trip to Southport to walk down the Pier and see the last sunset of the year. Unfortunately a large bank of cloud appeared so this was as close to the sunset as we could see.
The extra (now I have some!) is at the end of the pier - the sky was such a beautiful blue and there is the tail end of a  group of geese which were flying over making their lovely noise in the top right hand corner. The light tree is the outside of the one I blipped from inside a few days ago.
