Goodbye....!

I took down the last remaining decorations today, the small tree we’d left up for Esmée as she’d loved gently pointing at the baubles and seeing our reflections there.

We’ve been blessed having J,A and Esmée to stay for several nights over this Christmas. Easy guests and precious family. Today J had the mammoth task of packing their car with more than they arrived with. He’s a wonderful packer!

D still has his cold but it is definitely on the mend and today’s day in must have been beneficial. We’ll be ready for some action tomorrow!

A clever way here to use a tiny footprint! Next time we meet, I’m sure these feet will be used for walking!
