Mandala for Anna

Last December, our Stretching and Dance class called 'MMM' (which stands for Margaret Morris Movement), had a coffee after our last class of the year.
We all pulled a name out of a bag, to be kept secret, and for our first class of the year, we are to offer a small gift to the person named on the tiny paper. I pulled out Anna's name. She is our teacher and very interested in learning how to crochet! So a crochet gift seemed just the thing.

Not knowing Anna's colour preferences, I chose something bright and cheerful, just like her!

I made photos of the creation of this Mandala and finished it this morning after breakfast! Now I just need to spray starch it.
