Demolition (Day 1703)

Someone switched the wind off overnight, and I had a bit of a lie in. After wandering up the hill with the woofers, I set about doing a bit more with the stone wall. We are going to leave the stone exposed, so I had to dig out the remains of the fireplace and strip off bits of wood.
After a late lunch, and while  my beautiful wife took the woofers out, I loaded the truck with rubble and headed to the dump in town.
Back at home later I stripped back a bit more of the old wall. It is nearly at the stage I could start pointing it. After I have done something with the ceiling. It may well be a long job...
