Name Unknown!

Any blippers know what this flower is called?  It flowers each year, this time, in my garden.  It flowers from quite a thick branch and the plant looks more like a tree than a shrub. Any names for it would be welcome as I would like to know how to care for it as it looks like it needs a bit of love.
Busy day again in the garden.  So much to do!  Lovely to be outside in the fresh air.
