Orchid

A friend gave me this a couple months ago when I drove her and her daughter, together with me and my daughter, down to look at a university a few hours south of us. I’ve never had an orchid before. I love flowers, but am more of an outdoor garden type.
The road trip turned into a nice girls’ outing and tour of a cool campus (although all this college stuff is coming up a little too fast for me).
And I haven’t killed the orchid yet!
