Nollaig an mBan.......!

And a cake to celebrate..!
Not quite as glamorous as a Twelfth Night Cake but still delicious....just a sponge cake with some fruit..!
I didn’t make any Christmas Cake so have been craving some..
So we’ve just had some with a cup of tea...!
Only took me a few minutes to make too so you can guess I’m feeling better today.....still a bit wrecked but getting there..!
