Mum knows best!

Popped round to see my mum again this evening. I was muttering that I hadn't taken anything to Blip today, but didn't really just want to photograph the flapjacks she insisted I ate(!). I was thinking about driving up to the motorway to do some long exposures, and she suggested that I try photographing the statue in her garden.

After a few attempts with the lights on, which didn't quite look right (they look nice in the flesh, but not so great on a long exposure), I tried turning the lights off and then taking a couple of long exposures while shining a torch up and down the statue. Thanks, mum!
