Ventura marina

Up early to go get coffee in Ventura at 7 am - intense morning of talks from 9 to 12.30 pm. Skipped lunch to go work on my talk. Finished about 4 pm then needed fresh air, so walked all round the marina and made it out to the sea, everything just as I remembered it. Talks through to 9.30 pm hope I sleep tonight
