Another sofa day

Although I was fine when I went to bed, I woke after an hour with a sharp pain in my back - it kept me awake on and off all night, so I took the decision to take it easy today and have scarcely moved from the sofa.

It’s easing with the application of hot water bottles and plenty of liquids but not yet back to normal. Hopefully tomorrow will be belated.

Today was meant to be planning our route and sorting out sites but the most I’ve done is flick through the guide book although Mr PHL had mapped out a potential route. Tomorrow will be more productive.
