Coiled and ready

Yesterday marked a sea change in the constitutional politics of the former United Kingdom when the party that decisively lost the election in Scotland used their majority in England to pass the EU withdrawal bill. 
In doing so they ignored the fact that the Scottish parliament has refused legislative consent to the bill being passed. 
Scotland voted overwhelmingly to remain in the EU but we are being dragged out against our will by a party which we have not voted for since 1955.
This is not the end of the matter.
