High cirrus (Day 1709)

It was a bit drizzly and damp on the morning woofer wander today, but it was drying up nicely as I headed for Stromness later on to deal with a small job. The sun was shining by the time I was finished and zoomed down to the yard to visit  my beautiful wife and the hosses.
Back at home I spent a little while filling screw holes in the new plasterboard I have wrestled onto the ceiling, until HV came home for lunch.
We took the woofers for a wander at Aikerness, making the most of the sunshine. The dogs splashed around in the sea while I took snaps of the view from the beach.
I did a bit more plasterboard filling at home before heading off to see a customer as the weather closed in. By the time I went to get fish and chips from the chip van along the road, it was blowing a gale and lashing down with rain.
